- Exported 1080 x 1920 or higher resolution .mp4 video of edited clips from in class shooting exercise (.mp4 with H.264 compression)
 - Label file YYYYMMDD Lastname Firstname Video Shooting Exercise.mp4
 
Overview
Capture Footage of Different Shot Types
With a partner shoot a minimum of 1 of each of the following 6 shots types.
- Establishing Shot
 - Long Shot
 - Full Shot
 - Medium SHot
 - Close Up
 - Extreme Close Up
 
Although, only 1 of each shot is required for the exercise, it is a good idea to capture multiple versions and angles of each shot.
- For each shot record for a maximum of 5-7 seconds.
 - Set the Shutter Speed to double the frame rate.
 - Use ISO and Aperture to adjust the exposure.
 
Edit Footage in Adobe Premiere
- Transfer the video files to your computer and put them in a labeled folder.
 - Open Adobe Premiere and create a new project, label the project and save it in the same folder as the video footage.

 - Practice using the editing tools in Premiere according to the in class instructions to edit your shooting exercise footage.
 - Export a mp4 video with H.264 compression.
 - Upload the mp4 to Canvas.
