Assignment Deliverables

1. Fusion 360 file with toolpaths created in the manufacture workspace (.f3d) - How to Export Fusion 360 .f3d File

4. Exported ShopBot file for CNC Contour Cuts (.sbp) - ShopBot Toolpaths
   • Label file YYYYMMDD Lastname Firstname z-bot contours.sbp

Assignment Overview

1. Fix any issues with your model.
2. Double check the “ply” dimension and all other dimensions.
3. Make sure everything is an individual component.
4. Check for tolerance and fit of any parts that attach or fit together.
5. Switch to the Manufacture Workspace  .
6. Change the Manufacture Workspace units to Inches.
7. If needed create a Manufacturing Model.
8. Edit the Manufacturing Model to add invisible dogbone fillets as needed.
9. Create a new Setup  for pocket cuts that zeros the Z-axis from the top.
10. Enter the information for the stock.
11. Create 2D Pocket Toolpaths  .
12. Duplicate the setup.
13. Change the stock box point to zero from the bottom.
14. Create a 2D Contour Toolpaths  .
15. Take a screenshot of all of the toolpaths.
16. Post both setups as separate .sbp ShopBot files.
