Assignment Overview
- Fix any issues with your model.
- Double check the “ply” dimension and all other dimensions.
- Make sure everything is an individual component.
- Check for tolerance and fit of any parts that attach or fit together.
- Switch to the Manufacture Workspace .
- Change the Manufacture Workspace units to Inches.
- If needed create a Manufacturing Model.
- Edit the Manufacturing Model to add invisible dogbone fillets as needed.
- Create a new Setup for pocket cuts that zeros the Z-axis from the top.
- Enter the information for the stock.
- Create 2D Pocket Toolpaths .
- Duplicate the setup.
- Change the stock box point to zero from the bottom.
- Create a 2D Contour Toolpaths .
- Take a screenshot of all of the toolpaths.
- Post both setups as separate .sbp ShopBot files.
