Assignment Overview
An online presence can be cruicial for a creative professional’s career and for sharing their work. While it is not necessary to have a website to be an artist, it is a good idea to have an online portfolio unless you have a specific reason to not have one.
Prepare Images
- Gather images of your work.
- Crop, adjust, and optimize your images for the web.
- Label images with your first and lastname and a brief description. Use dashes instead of spaces.

- Locate your main repository from GitHub. This is the one with your
username.github.io. - Clone the repository to your computer or make sure it is on your computer.
- Put the images folder in your repository.
- Use GitHub Copilot to design a web gallery.
- Put the images in a folder in your repository.
- Make changes as needed.
- Commit and Publish your changes.
- Take a screenshot of your website.
