Assignment Deliverables

1. Brief individual progress report with labeled images and/or links to video or audio documentation. Include evidence of your own rough cut; a timeline screenshot or short export is sufficient.

Assignment Overview

Spend approximately 3.5 - 4 hours outside class bringing your virtual production closer to completion. Prioritize essential content and prepare for the fourth and final XR Studio sessions on November 18 and December 2. There is no homework over thanksgiving break.

Collaborate on production, share footage, and exchange feedback. Write your own report and develop your own edit. The reports and final individual edit provide evidence of each student’s work and learning.

Work Completed and Final Production Plan

• What did you personally complete since Report 2? Briefly list activities and approximate outside-class time.
• Show progress and evaluate your rough cut. What is ready, what needs improvement, and what obstacles remain?
• Identify three priority tasks, including any pickup shots or sounds. Specify what requires the XR Studio, the equipment or collaborators needed, and what you will finish afterward in your own edit.

Other documentation may include clips, references, sketches, prop progress, environment tests, screenshots of recordings, and XR Studio photos. Label evidence, credit collaborators and sources, and check access to linked media.

There is no fourth progress report. After the final studio session, focus on completing your individual final video.
